Most dental coaching focuses solely on optimizing production.
CO-LAB works on you as the owner, the entrepreneur and the leader. How you think, what you build and who you become in the process. Whether your next chapter is inside the op or beyond it, this room supports both. The result is a practice and a life that work together, not against each other.


You show up every week with exactly where you are. Your real questions, your sticking points, what's not clicking, what you need to decide. Dr. Emery works through them with you directly.
It is not a lecture. It is not generic advice. It is live, personalised mentorship in a group format on your practice, your team, your offer, your brand or whatever you are building right now.


All calls are recorded and available to watch at your convenience. Live attendance is encouraged because the interactive element makes the biggest difference, but it is never mandatory.




CO-LAB is a 6-month commitment. All payments are non-refundable once the program begins. After 6 months you can cancel when you feel complete.
