CO-LAB is an annual group coaching program led by Dr. Jessica Emery, a dentist who built a fee-for-service cosmetic practice to multiple seven figures, then built brands, books, courses and a speaking platform on the same terms: a full life as the standard, not the reward.

Here's how it works. You work through the Launch Lab Academy, a comprehensive, self-paced curriculum covering everything you need to build your offer from the ground up. Then you show up to weekly group coaching calls with your questions, sticking points and half-built ideas. Dr. Emery will work through them with you directly.

CO-LAB is for established dentists who have achieved a level of success in practice and are ready to build something beyond the operatory. You don't need to have it all figured out. You need to be serious about making it real.

Most dental coaching focuses solely on optimizing the practice. CO-LAB works on you as the entrepreneur and creator - how you think, what you build, who you become beyond the chair. The result is a business and a brand that generates impact and income whether you're in the op or not.


You work through the Launch Lab Academy modules on your own time during the week. Then you come to the weekly group calls with Dr. Jessica Emery ready. You bring your actual questions, where you're stuck, what's not clicking, what you need to decide. She works through them with you directly. It is not a lecture and it's not a replay of the curriculum. It is live, personalised mentorship in a group format. Most members say this is where everything actually comes together.



All calls are recorded and available to watch at your convenience. Live attendance is encouraged because the interactive element makes the biggest difference, but it is never mandatory.
