Everyone told me a fee-for-service model in the heart of Chicago was too risky. I ignored the logic, trusted my gut, and created a practice that fueled my lifestyle rather than draining it. While five other practices sat on my same block, I wasn’t focused on the noise… I was busy building a brand that stood in a category of its own.
I knew then what I know now: there is more than enough room for everyone to thrive when you have the courage to be different.
Since then, I have mastered the art of the business and the bold pivot. I’ve built multiple 7-figure brands, launched a creative agency, authored books and stepped onto the global stage as a speaker and Key Opinion Leader. At the peak of my clinical success, I made my most intentional move yet: I sold my practice and moved my family to Charleston to lean fully into my true calling: showing women what is possible in dentistry.
I founded Dental Founder Academy because I realized my true work wasn’t just behind the chair, it was showing women how to bridge the gap between a high-performing practice and a life they are obsessed with. I’ve lived every "no safety net" moment and every high-stakes leap. My favorite saying is you leap and the net appears. I’ve faced the crossroads where logic points one way and intuition points the other…. I chose intuition every time.

Frequently Asked Questions
I've been coaching and mentoring women for over a decade and I have found a dramatic difference in results among the women who committed to their business, results and mentorship, long-term and the ones who did not. Long-term mentorship is by far the most effective and creates the biggest and most long-lasting results. So much so, I'm not interested in offering anything less.
Also, for an experience to include TRUE mentorship, where the most effective coaching and strategies can be developed, there must be trust, commitment and a relationship on both sides.
The number of people on calls vary because not everyone attends every call. However I uphold a strict member respect rule where we make sure questions are to the point and there's little to no distraction to ensure everyone has time and space to get all their mentorship needs on every call.
Calls will last anywhere from 60-90 minutes and if it were to get to a point where calls become too overcrowded, we would simply add more calls and time options.
All calls are recorded and uploaded to the Dental Founder Academy library within 24-48hrs.
If you know you cannot make a call, you will have the ability to submit your questions and I will answer them in-depth on the next coaching call so that you can get support you desire in the recording.
Our current calls run Tuesdays at 7pm EST, but are subject to change. You will always be notified in advance if anything shifts.
When creating Dental Founder Academy, I asked myself the question: how can I make this the only coaching container she needs? I've worked with hundreds of women at this point among a full spectrum of levels of support and I very specifically designed this experience based on what I have found works best:
- weekly calls
- full library of trainings across all necessary subjects
- community for connection/collaboration
However, if you still find yourself needing something more there will be opportunities to purchase additional private calls and/or weekly Voxer support as needed, exclusive to the Dental Founder Academy members only.
No, because you receive immediate access to the entire library of courses, masterclasses and programs on day one, all sales are final. This is a full-year investment in yourself and your future.
